These terms govern your purchase and use of products from BV Empire. By buying from us you agree to them.

Digital products

Everything we sell is digital. Your purchase is delivered by email and through your online library immediately after payment — there is no physical shipment.

Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, so all sales are final. Our Refund Policy explains the narrow cases where we still put things right, such as a duplicate charge or a file that never arrives.

Your licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share them publicly, and you may not claim them as your own work.

Your account

Keep your email account secure — anyone who can read your inbox can access your library. Tell us at support@example.com if you believe your access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the store, and do not use it to distribute anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted access and keep your purchases downloadable, but we do not guarantee the service will always be available, and we may update products over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
