BV Empire ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address — to deliver your purchase and let you sign in to your library.
  • Your phone number — only when the payment method requires it (UPI, for example).
  • Order details — what you bought, the amount, and the country your payment came from, so we can fulfil and support the order.
  • Basic usage data — pages visited and whether a checkout was started or completed.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your products, provide support, and send email about your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Storage on your device

We store a small amount of data in your browser so the site works: a sign-in token that keeps you logged into your library, and your name, email and phone so a repeat purchase does not make you type them again. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by our payment providers on their own systems. We receive a confirmation and a reference for your order. We never see or store your full card details.

Who else processes your data

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Payment providers — to take payment and confirm it.
  • Our email provider — to send your delivery receipt and account email.
  • Our hosting and database providers — to run the site and store your order and library.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms — where we run ads, we may send a record that a purchase happened, including your email address in a hashed (irreversible) form, so the platform can measure which ads work. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your account settings on those platforms.

How long we keep it

We keep order and entitlement records for as long as you have access to what you bought, and afterwards only as long as we need to for tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email support@example.com and we will action it. Deleting your data ends your access to any products delivered to that address.
