All sales are final

Everything we sell is a digital product, delivered to you immediately after payment. Once your order has been delivered, it cannot be returned and is not refundable. A digital file cannot be given back the way a physical item can, which is why we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or deciding the product is not for you after downloading it.

By completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and accept that your right to cancel ends once delivery begins.

Delivery

Your download link and library access are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within a minute of payment. Card and UPI payments confirm instantly. Crypto payments confirm once the transaction settles on-chain, which can take a few minutes.

When we do put things right

This policy covers change of mind, not our mistakes. Contact us and we will fix or refund:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your order was never delivered and we cannot get it to you.
• The files are faulty, corrupted, or not what the page described.

Before you buy

Read the product description and check the file format works for you. Every product page lists exactly what you receive. If anything is unclear, email support@example.com before purchasing — we would rather answer a question than take a sale you did not want.

Problems? Talk to us first

If something is wrong, email support@example.com before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We answer quickly and resolve nearly every issue the same day. A dispute takes weeks and locks the account it concerns while it runs.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
